The Professional Bartending Schools of America is a hospitality education company who provides bartending school curriculum, textbooks, job placement and marketing services to quality licensed bartending schools in select cities.

The PBSA network consists of 32 state-licensed campuses, each devoted to teaching professional bartending, mixology, and alcohol certification courses. If you're looking for the bartending school that offers the most – in terms of quality instruction, job placement, and value for your money – then we have the resources you need.

Although you'll find lots of great information about becoming a bartender on this website, we know that bartending isn't a skill that can be taught over the Internet, or through manuals and videos. That's why the actual classes are handled in local brick-and-mortar schools, so you can receive personal instruction from experienced bartenders who know what it takes not just to mix drinks, but to earn cash tips on a daily basis.

Using fully equipped bars as our classrooms, we train more than 10,000 new bartenders every year. We didn't set out to become the biggest bartending school in America, though, just the best.

Why Choose Our Bartending School?

There are a lot of bartending schools out there, online and off, but no one can offer the instruction and real-world value that PBSA can. Here are just a few of the reasons to come learn from us:

We train professional bartenders. That means our graduates don't just know how to mix drinks, but also how to thrive and earn cash tips in real-world working conditions.

Experienced bartending instructors. Every one of our bartending schools is staffed by a professional who has years of experience behind the bar. In fact, many PBSA instructors are bartending contest winners who can teach you working flair that will help you  impress guests and increase your earning potential.

Flexible courses. We know that our students sometimes have lots of obligations and demands on their time. So, our bartending schools offer flexible schedules and programs that make it easy to learn everything you need in your new career when it's convenient for you.

We offer one-on-one job placement assistance to every graduate. More than 90% of our graduates find a bartending job shortly after they leave PBSA. We work with every student to match them with the perfect employer for their preferences, schedule, and needs.

PBSA works with all kinds of students. It doesn't matter what your age or background is, or where you want your bartending career to take you. From students to seniors, and full-time bartenders to professionals looking for extra income, our experienced team can help you take the next step.

There has never been an easier or better way to attend a bartending school, and the success of our program speaks for itself. Look through our site and you'll find lots of success stories – photos and testimonials from experienced instructors and happy students who have used the Professional Bartending Schools of America to enter a fun and rewarding career.
