Randy has been in the Food and Beverage business since 1986. His first bartending job was at Ollies Nightclub near Dayton, Ohio, where he also served as manager as well. During the two years he was at the club participated in the Ugliest Bartender promotions to benefit Muscular Dystrophy. He also tended bar part-time at The King Cole Restaurant and Charlie’s, two of Dayton’s upscale establishment’s. Angel is our Enrollment Assistant and is also a graduate of our school. She has been employed by Buffalo Wild Wings and Baxter’s Bar and Grill. Angel is responsible for answering questions that the public may have and scheduling appointments for school tours. Patricia has worked in the bar industry since 1976 in positions including restaurant manager, bartender, and cocktail server. She has worked at The Precinct, Barleycorn’s Yacht Club, Holiday Inn, Blue Moon Saloon, and various other venues. Landon is a graduate of the Professional Bartending School of Cincinnati. He has worked in the bar industry for over nine years. Melanie is an instructor here at the school and has been in the restaurant/hospitality business for 7 years. She is a graduate of the school and has bartended at Kings Island Hotel and
Bob is a retired business executive (with an MBA) with 32 years experience working for a major Fortune 500 company. After spending most of his adult life doing the "corporate grind", Bob retired and took up something fun and exciting--Bartending.
The Cincinnati campus is the home office for our group of schools. We have operated out of this same location since 1986. The campus incorporates the offices for the local campus and the national headquarters, as well as two fully-equipped classrooms. Our staff is very well-qualified as you will see below.


Randy began his teaching career at our Dayton Campus in 1991 and through the years tended bar at Airway Billiards, an upscale billiard room located in north Dayton. He also for several years provided bartenders for Dayton’s most prestigious event held annually, The Dayton Art Gala. Randy came to the Cincinnati Campus in 2002, where he has already trained management and staff from major companies such as LaRosa’s Restaurants and Showcase Cinemas. Randy was chosen as our "National Instructor of the Year" in 1996.

She is currently the Enrollment Director and is responsible for conducting personal interviews and answering all questions that a prospective student may have.


He has worked in a variety of venues, all across the country, including Holiday Inn, The Midnight Round-Up, Maridias Lounge, and is currently managing at The Tilted Kilt. He has been teaching with PBS since March of 2004.
Melanie has also worked as a bartender and corporate trainer for Ruby Tuesdays for three years. She has been teaching at the school since October of 2004.


Bob bartends special events and private functions. Bob was a bar supervisor at the Tall Stacks festival. As Bob likes to say, "Buy a person a drink and they will enjoy one drink; teach them to bartend and they can buy their own drinks and much more"!Derek Jones is a 1992 graduate of the Cincinnati campus. Derek has been a FBA representative and competes in national flair competitions.
Derek has finished 15th at the Vegas Legends of Bartending, 16th at Disney's Quest for the Best Bartender, 4th at Showtenders, 3rd at Bartenders in Paradise, 1st place in the Best Bartender in Ohio, 1st place in Best Bartender in Tennessee and been a judge in the Vegas legends contest. Derek is an on-call instructor and teaches flair at the Cincinnati campus.
