Did You Know? Tuaca
This is the fifth of a series of "Did You Know?". This will be information about the world of spirits. I will be featuring a different spirit in each "Did You Know" blog.
Did You Know? Tuaca
Tuaca is an Italian Liqueur that contains a hint of vanilla and citrus in flavor.
During the Renaissance Era, Tuaca was created for Lorenzo the Magnificent, an Italian Ruler.
Through World War II American soldiers stationed in Livorno, Italy discovered the unique flavor of Tuaca.
In the late 1950's Tuaca was imported to the United States.
Tuaca can be served neat or also enjoyed on the rocks, but is also popular served with Red Bull or any other energy beverage.
