Texas Food Manager Training Online
PBSA now offers online Texas Food Manager training. Our online traiing portal offers a Texas Board of Health-approved 8-hour food manager training course and the official Texas Food Manager Certification test.
The student may take the Food Manager Prep Course or the Texas Food Manager test either separately or as a package.
Any manager (including Bar Managers if they are the only manager in the establishment at the time) who is in charge of food supervision, storage or receiving must be certified according to Texas state law.
