Kentucky Bourbon Ale

Recently I had an opportunity to taste a beer that I had never tried. Ive enjoyed a few different ale's in the past, but mostly I'm a lager fan. But I was pleasantly surprised when I had Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale!

This award winning sipping beer has the distinctive nose of a well-crafted bourbon. It is aged for up to 6 weeks in freshly decanted bourbon barrels from some of Kentucky’s finest distilleries.

It has a flavor of vanilla and is pleasantly smooth and robust. Even if your just a lager beer fan like me, go out and try Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale. I think you will be pleasantly surprised!

PBSA Cocktail Challenge

The Cocktail Challenge is a fun and exciting way to learn cocktail recipes online. This interactive electronic flash card program was created by Professional Bartending Schools of America as a study tool for it’s bartending students nationwide.

Cocktail Challenge was created as an interactive study tool for our students and has been converted into a fully functional software program and released to the public in 2011.

Check out the Cocktail Challenge and try out the demo!

Schools that are started using The Cocktail Challenge are Nashville, Cleveland, Kansas City, Indianapolis, Knoxville, and Richmond. They have done wonderfully and their students have given us great feedback on how the game has helped them very much with learning the drinks for class!
