Morning Class: Monday through Friday 8:30am to 12:30pm Two weeks in length. Afternoon Class: Monday through Friday 1:30pm to 5:30pm Two weeks in length.		Night Class: Monday through Friday 6:30pm to 10:30pm Two weeks in length. Weekend Class: Saturday Only 8:30am to 5:30pm Five weeks in length.
One Week Class: Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm or 1:30pm to 10:30pm One week in length.
All of our Mixology courses are 40 hours in length. The student may take any combination of day or evening classes until they complete the ten,4-hour lessons required to graduate. The classes may be taken in any order after the first day. Call us at: 813-876-1616 for the next available class date!
Our 40 hour professional mixology course consists of 10, 4-hour lessons. Each lesson is an independent module that can be taken in any order after the first class and orientation. We now offer day, evening and flexible classes to fit any schedule. In addition, we have the option of tailoring a flexible schedule using any combination of day, everning, weekend or special times to fit any students situation. The school recognizes that adults have lives and commitments that may prevent them from attending one of our standard schedules. Regardless of your personal situation, if you want to attend our school and will make the effort to get here, we will work out a schedule for you. If you are in need of a special schedule, we will work one out for you during your personal interview with our enrollment director.
