Q: Will I be able to learn everything in 40 hours?
Our program is designed to teach you what you need to know in 1 or 2 weeks. If you are not satisfied with your knowledge and readiness when the course has been completed, we will allow you to stay on with us, at no additional cost, until you are comfortable that you've achieved all that's possible from our training.

Q: I have a difficult schedule ...Can the school work out a special arrangement for me?
Yes, if you need a customized schedule, we will try to work one out with you.

Q: Are your teachers experienced bartenders?
Yes, all our teachers are required to have a minimum of 2 years experience as bartenders.

Q: How does your job placement assistance work?
Upon graduation, each student receives personalized job placement assistance. You do not have to interview for any job that you are not interested in. We have been providing placement assistance to our graduates for many years and have established a great reputation for providing well-trained professional bartenders.

Q: How much can I make as a bartender?
A bartenders pay varies depending on many different things. How much money you make as a bartender will depend on how you are with people, your training, how fast you get to a customer, the type of bar you work for and the shift you will be working.

Q: Tell me about the experience/qualifications of your instructors
The school has four full-time instructors. All are licensed teachers and additionally part-time bartenders. In fact, this core staff possesses over twenty years of professional bartending experience. This combination of educational/trade experience can not be beat.

Q: What’s the procedure to enroll/register?
It’s very simple. We do not have application forms or website submittals you need to deal with. Simply call or visit the school before the first day of your planned class. In our busy seasons, we recommend that you pre-register as early as you can, to avoid being “shut out” of your preferred class/session.

Q: How/when do I pay for your services?
We require a minimal down-payment when you pre-register for any of our classes. Payment in full, at any time, is (of course) OK. We have a variety of payment plans whereby you can pay for your education as it proceeds. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, check, money order and credit/debit cards.

Q: What’s the significance of your school being licensed by the State Department of Education?
With state licensed proprietary schools, you can be assured of genuine quality/licensed personnel and approved/reviewed curriculums. Only a licensed school can provide your bartending certification. Furthermore, there are a host of other “protections” and guarantees that are afforded to you, as a student of a licensed school (e.g. state guaranteed tuition reimbursement, if called for).

Q: Does your school provide for an authentic, hands-on experience?
Each of our locations is equipped with a complete double-station, double-bar setup. This is an entirely authentic bar environment, of the same type that you will encounter as a professional working in any bar, club or restaurant. There is single difference, however, and that is the contents of the bottles. As a state licensed occupational institute, we strictly forbidden to have alcohol on premise. Of course, all of our bars are stocked with the genuine bottles, each filled with precisely colored water as required for visual authenticity.
