Our Professional Mixology course is a 36-hour, intensive hands-on training program to prepare you to begin your profitable new career as a professional bartender. You will learn full service, fine dining, and high volume bartending. Graduate of our mixology course will have learned how to professionally prepare over 125 traditional drinks as well as the latest trendy drinks that are popular in each city. Drinks range from the traditional martini & manhattan to the ever popular sex on the beach. Jerry Citti, the owner and instructor at The Bartending School, has more than 30 years experience in the food and beverage industry, including management and employee training for national and international hospitality corporations.
