Our campuses are designed to give our students simulated, on-the-job traning. Our classroom accomodates our small bartending classes of 4 to 8 people. Our bar stations have the latest Wunderbar soda gun systems, three compartment sinks, stainless steel ice bins, mixers, professional glassware, and liquor speed racks.

Our students are entitled to unlimited practice time once they enroll in our bartending school. Students may arrive early before or stay late after their bartending class to get extra practice time behind our fully-equipped bars. Extra practice time is not necessary, but many of our students tell us that the extra time behind the bar helps build their confidence. In our indiustry, "the best bartenders get the best tips!"
The Bartending School began operation in Little Rock in 1990. Since then we have trained thousands of bartenders and developed a reputation for providing capable and well prepared employees for the rapidly growing beverage industry.

Classes are held in a state-of-the-art classroom facility with a completely functional bar, including a carbonated beverage dispensing system, electronic cash register, commercial bar blenders and mixers and examples of all commonly used bar equipment and glassware.

At The Bartending School students learn the complete art and business of bartending including: traditional and modern drink recipes, electronic and computerized cash register operation, opening, closing and inventory procedures, laws pertaining to bar operations in Arkansas as well as the hands-on business of mixing and serving cocktails.
Students get to participate “hands on” in a fun yet professional environment as well as sample various drinks (for students over 21 years old) during the course.
Jerry Citti, the owner and instructor at The Bartending School, has more than 30 years experience in the food and beverage industry, including management and employee training for national and international hospitality corporations.
The Bartending School has been licensed in Arkansas for 19 years by the Arkansas State Board of Private Career Education. We are currently the only state-licensed bartender training facility in Arkansas.
